Terms and conditions
Registration of a participant entails acceptance of all terms and conditions as described on the AVRD 2022 website. The AVRD Foundation acts as organising agency and is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property.

Use of pictures
During this symposium photos will be taken by our photographer. By registering for this symposium, you give the organization permission to use any images you may appear on for communication purposes. If you see yourself at a photo and you do not agree with it, please contact us and we will ensure that this photo will be removed.

It is not allowed to take pictures during and especially of the presentations.

Registration by phone
The AVRD organisation cannot accept registration by telephone. Registration must be made by completing the online registration form. Please complete one form per person. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your registration after completing the form. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Symposium Secretariat.

Early bird payment
The early bird registration fee must be paid before the deadline for early registration; if no payment is received before the early bird deadline, your registration fee will be updated to the regular fee.

Cancellations and refunds
Please notify the organising committee by e-mail in case of cancellation or if you wish to transfer your registration to another person.

• Cancellations received by 1 March 2022 will be fully refunded, minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• Cancellations received after 1 March but by 20 May 2022 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• No refund will be given for cancellations received after 20 May 2022 or for registered participants who fail to attend;
• No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the AVRD 2022. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.

Should the venue or speakers change, for any reason outside the organisers’ control, or the congress be cancelled, the organisers will endeavour to re-schedule, but shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by registrants

Name change
If you are prevented from attending because of a serious reason, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be communicated to the Symposium Secretariat.
