Upon registration, participants agree that neither the local organizing committee, the AVRD Foundation, nor Royal GD or Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Utrecht can be subject to any liability concerning participation-related activities. Participants should therefore organize their own (health and travel) insurance.

All intellectual property with regard to the materials is owned by the AVRD Foundation or its rightful owner. These materials, such as, but not limited to, text, trademarks, illustrations, photos, graphics, files, designs, patents etc., may not be printed, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, modified, reused, or transmitted in any way, except for the user’s own personal non-commercial use. Permission for any other type of use must be obtained upfront in writing from AVRD Symposium via E-mail: avrd-symposium@outlook.com. 
 
It is not allowed to take pictures during the presentations.
